Again with the crappy apartment hunting

Ok so you told me no one could come by till Monday or Tuesday because you weren't home, and I offered a) to pay the entire summer's rent up front and b) to send a friend on Tuesday afternoon, and then you tell me the place has been rented. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE?
