the never ending apartment quest

so after 3 weeks of being led along by this guy in LA, he tells us that his landlady only wants one person to stay in the place during the summer. WTF? Two people live there now. Two people can pay the rent easier than one. So retarded. So now we have to start all over and there are not a lot of 2 bedroom places renting for $1500 a month. B/c this is LA and apparently people will pay $750/month to share a freaking bedroom! Why did this guy have to such so much?
