Final Semester Day 1, Keeley Day 2

School = whatever. I think everything is going to be fine this semester. Will know more by the end of the week.

Keeley, on the other hand, has really come out of her shell and has the sweetest little personality! She is very loving, and when I come home and let her out of her crate she comes right out and licks me all over. And she wiggles! She has figured out that I am her mom!

We spent a long time tonight outside playing. She chased the ball and romped around the yard until her leash was soaking wet from the water on the grass. Now she's resting in her crate. She also has pottied outside 4 out of 5 times today. She is catching on fast!

Tatso is still doing ok. She still sleeps on the bed with me and motors. She and Keeley haven't had any run ins of note. A little hissing here and there. Keeley hasn't expressed interest in chasing her.

This is the key to dog owning I've decided ... puppies. Fully grown dogs whose previous owners treated them poorly are really hard to RE-train. :-) She sounds super-cute ... pictures pictures!

Spoken like someone who currently isn't living with a puppy. ;-)

If full grown dogs were actually mistreated, that would be true. But puppies are an insane amount of work. It's like having a new baby. (Verified by a friend who got a puppy one year and a baby the next. Lots of similiarities. :-)
