The new car stereo has been procured. It will stay inside my office or Nat's apartment until Sunday when it can be installed. Of course they don't sell one like I had. Everything is much more high-tech. The new one comes with a remote. And I can attach my currently unpurchased iPod to it when I get it. But its also satellite radio compatible, as if I care. Nearly every stereo they had was Sirius or XM compatible. Does anybody but me listen to regular radio anymore?
The upside to Sunday installation is I have to stay in LA until then. So on Saturday I can go to the Getty which I have been wanting to do.

if it weren't for the cost of satellite radio it would be totally worth it - satellite is awesome
