This morning I talked to Lisa, a Netflix customer service rep and she told me that they should have waited 24 hours before shipping the replacement disks because the address change was not in effect, and she would reship them, and extend my free trial, and she gave me 50% off my first month. So thanks, Lisa!
Tomorrow is a holiday, except for all of us for whom it isn't. Stupid.
Today: giant piles of homework and one hour of running ahead of me.

You know for most people it isn't a holiday ... at least most of the people I know. The only people I know of who have that day off are people wo work on the U.S. Postal schedule and anyone who works for federal or state government.
